Postdoct in Quantum Physics- ENS-PSL Paris
Dr. Christina Psaroudaki's team at École normale supérieure-PSL, Paris has an open postdoc position (2 years) on "magnetic skyrmions for quantum applications". We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Researcher to be part of their Quantum Information team in the physics department.
Job Description:
Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
Department: Physics, École normale supérieure-PSL, Paris
Duration: 2 years (with possible extension)
Project: "Magnetic Skyrmions for Quantum Applications"
Responsibilities:
Collaborative research in the field of quantum computing technologies utilizing magnetic skyrmions.
Advancing theoretical understanding of the quantum properties of skyrmions.
Contributing to the development of novel quantum computing platforms based on magnetic skyrmions.
Requirements:
PhD in theoretical physics, preferably in condensed matter, quantum physics, quantum magnetism, or a related field.
be enthusiastic about using condensed matter, quantum field theory and open quantum system advanced methods to solve interesting and challenging physical problems.
Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
Programming skills are a plus.
