We are excited to announce an open position for a postdoctoral scholar in the Quantum Chiraltronics Group led by Prof. Jacob Gayles at the University of South Florida. The group is looking for a candidate with experience in computational electronic structure theory and/or low energy phenomenological tight-binding models. The group’s primary focus is on chiral topological and chiral magnetic systems and the respective transport in those systems. A detailed description of the group and future directions can be found on the group website: http://faculty.cas.usf.edu/jgayles/.
Starting Date: Flexible
Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in physics or closely related fields before the beginning of the position.
