Post-doc position at CNRS/Thales lab: Electric-field-gated spin Hall oscillators and diodes for neuromorphic computing
The goal of the study is to fabricate electrical-field gated spin-Hall oscillators and diodes that will mimic non-volatile, tunable neurons and synapses, to characterize and optimize their transport and dynamic properties for neuromorphic computing, and assemble them in hardware neural networks.
The work will be done at the Unité Mixte de Physique CNRS/Thales, in Palaiseau, France, in the "Neuromorphic Physics" team exploring the use of nanodevices and their multiple functionalities for bio-inspired computing: https://www.neurophysics.cnrs-thales.fr
Application Deadline : 16 December 2022
