Postdoc position at Stanford University in MRAM fabrication and materials

The research group of Shan Wang at Stanford University expects to hire a new postdoctoral researcher, working on various studies of MTJ fabrication, spin Hall materials, and device for high-performance low-energy MRAM systems. Recent work from the group can be seen at https://wanggroup.stanford.edu.  Candidates should have a strong experimental physics background and familiarity and experience with relevant topics (i.e., MTJ sputtering and fabrication, magnetic thin films, quantum materials and nanostructures).  The starting date is flexible, but ideally soon.  Our group is committed to fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion for every member.
