Ph.D. and Postdoc Positions in Wanjun Jiang’s Lab at Tsinghua University

Job Description:

We are pleased to announce the opening of two postdoc and two Ph.D. positions in the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University. Motivated candidates will be working with Prof. Wanjun Jiang on the experimental spintronics with focuses either on magnetic skyrmion or antiferromagnetic spintronics. For postdoc position on skyrmion, candidate should be well trained with thin film deposition, device fabrication and spin-torque techniques. For postdoc position on antiferromagnetic spintronics, candidate should be well trained with the knowledge of spin dynamics, and GHz-THz microwave electronic instruments.

We offer internationally competitive salaries and promise a rewarding research experience. Postdoc position can be renewed for up to four years, depending on the performance. Ph.D. position is open for 5 years. Wanjun Jiang’s group is well equipped with cutting-edge instruments, including magnetron sputtering, Brillouin light scattering, GHz-THz microwave system, PPMS, NV microscope, MFM and many others.
